Tunisia is a North African country with a beautiful coastline, offering idyllic golden sandy beaches, and crystal clear waters. In the north the beaches tend to be surrounded by mountains and vegetation, whereas in the south the backdrops are more desert-like, for example in the area of the Archipelago of Kerkennas and the island of Djerba. Most of the beaches in Tunisia have white or golden sands, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, clear waters and marvelous places for diving and swimming. Locations such as Tabarka, Djerba, Tunis, Sfax and Bizerta are all perfect for holidays either alone, with the family or in couples. There is a coastline of more than 1000 kilometres, and 100 kilometres of beaches with infrastructures for holiday makers. |
